unplanned trip..Aberdeen - London (part 2)

wahhh..pantas dah part 2  ^_^

luckily hotel yang disediakan kampeni en.suami ade free wifi untuk guest..
tak boleh nak imagine if kene duduk dalam hotel..dengan tak ada internet dan tak ada suami..sungguh tidak boleh bersenggama kan..eh.. =P

hari pertama sampai..memang tergolek tido jer sambil browse ape yang ade kat Aberdeen nih.
quite interesting place jugak lah Aberdeen nih through pamphlet and internet ..banyak jer tempat leh pergi kalau cuaca baik..memandangkan time kite orang datang nih dah start falls maka...hujan dan sejuk sepanjang hari dan aktiviti riadah adalah tidak digalak kan sama sekali..nak 'camwhore' pun leceh sebab hujan..

so nothing much till en.suami pulang..let just give a review bout the hotel itself..

kat Aberdeen nih x der bangunan-bangunan pencakar langit. so hotel pun macam beberapa rumah yang di convert menjadi hotel. simple and cozy jer and it's a four star hotel in terms of services. harga kalau tak silap 140£ per night.

kalo dari gambar 'our room' tu, di ambil dari pintu masuk..that how big it is..sebelah kanan dah bathroom.
cakap pasal bathroom, memang best. shower to bathtub to the bath set by molton brown memang best. room also occupied with ironing board , hair dryer, electric kettle and all that so memang menyenangkan since en.suami kan perlu berkerja boleh iron baju and bekalan air panas for hot milo itu penting untuk meneruskan kehidupan. there's one thing that i really like in this hotel. they provide heater bar (name aku bagi sendiri name sebenar heated towel warmer). heater bar nih sebenarnyer tempat untuk letak towel. so that towel akan remain kering..tapi hari-hari pun kiteorg tukar towel baru so heater bar nih jadi tempat sidai baju..hehehe..good idea to have it in bathroom. (berangan kalau ade rumah macam nak carik and pasang..ko lupe ker Aino, malaysia menerima cahaya matahai sepanjang tahun..) =p 

so that it, on the hotel review...
we stayed here from Monday till Friday..
highly recommended if anyone happen to stay in Aberdeen and...if you don't mind to walk around 30 minutes to the city centre hehehe..yup that the drawback..it's quite far from the city..hurmm tapi we still manage to walk from hotel to the city everyday kot..so ok jer lah..*balik naik taxi lah tapinyer* =D hehehe..

unplanned trip..Aberdeen - London (part 1)

wahhh..sungguh lama tak update blog nih.. (ayat stendet bile dah lama tak update blog) =P
siriyesli kesibukan melampau..dan juga kepenatan..di tambah dengan akses internet yang sungguh-sungguh minimal di opis.. -_-' (lame excuse again..)

dah tak nak bebel panjang-panjang..meh kite cerite terus..
it all started during bulan puasa tak ingat pulak exact date..hubby said his company might send him to Aberdeen for training and meeting after Raya..i was.. o.O "okie..u may go.." not that he asking for my permission to go..tapi memang hubby akan bagitau in advance and asking is it ok for him to go..tak kan la, nak cakap tak boleh kan..
ade one of the days masa bulan puasa..hubby ajak buka puasa sama-sama dengan his colleague. his colleague pun saying the same thing.."saiful nak kene gi UK..ikut lah boleh gi jalan-jalan sekali"..at that time..my answer was "err...x per lah..let him go..nanti dier gi meeting tinggal sorang-sorang kat hotel..tak best jer...unless kalo ade kawan.."
happen to be..his colleague pun kene pergi...and he bring his wife along...so...weeehuuu..!!! i'm gonna tag along too...at least ade kawan kan.. ^_^

at that time i just don't really give a serious tot of the trip will become real..till I receive a confirmation email on my flight ticket. double weeehuu..weehuuu..!!!
since this trip was so sudden terfikir gak..sempat ker nak saving..dah lah dengan raya nyer lagi..plus the exchange rate was rm5 for 1£ nangis jugak lah..hubby sed sebijik burger around 4£ to 5£..so calculate lah sendiri. O.o beiklah...

so..the time comes.
23rd september our flight from KL to London and straight transit to Aberdeen.
hubby was excited to fly with the new plane A380..we call it the flying titanic. the plane was hugee..!! the upper level of the plane surely untuk those business class and 1st class sikit jer untuk economy class kami nih ibarat macam Jack Dawson lah..duduk level bawah..hehehe one thing that i loike was the entertainment console of the plane. it's HUGE and COOL sebab bile take off dan nak landing derang switch on camera yang ade kat ekor kapal terbang. so boleh tengok keadaan kat luar. yer sebabkan kiteorang reach London early morning..dalam camera tu nampak awan jer...tetibe habis awan dah nampak landasan mendarat infect dah ready untuk mendarat pun...terkujat jugak lah..

alhamdulillah quite a smooth landing. =) sampai London dalam pukul 5 pagi waktu London.
kat Heathrow airport nih ade suatu disaster happen.. -_-'

at UK border
immigration for connecting flight.  

pernah lah bace pengalaman kawan-kawan how strict Heathrow airport tapi mostly on carried item like liquid yang x boleh exceed 100ml.

Tapi what i've experience was weird. nampak tak how mE pakai tudung kat above pictures so wide and clear my face at that time. Tapi, sampai jer kat immigration untuk next flight kantoi jugak. Pegawai immi tu kate x cukup luas..can't see the end of my eyebrow lah..can't see my eyes la..grrrr at last ko buat sendiri lah kasi puas hati. nasib lah tak tercapture pulak muke sedndiri mase tu..siyes hodoh giler, tarik dah sampai nampak anak rambut kiri kanan..

T_T uwaaaa...nak melawan kang ko duk kat airport sorang-sorang...maka pasrah sajer lah...dah habis immigration amik gambo..

queue lagi untuk scan item yang kite bawak..another disaster..
tengah kelam kabut keluarkan liquid items from handbag..i pass my boarding pass to hubby..boarding pass pulak tercicir -_-' nasib jumpe balik dengan cepat..next immigration checking alhamdulillah smooth and free of disaster..

another 1 and half hour flight to go..
mase nih dah quite segar..dengan dua kejadian tadi...just hope no more disaster..nak sampai aberdeen cepat-cepat..

haaa sebelum terlupa, sebenarnyer sehari sebelum fly nih both of us kene mild diarrhea..maybe sebab kiteorg telan 'poh-chai' sebelum pergi so x der lah rase nak cir-bir dalam flight tapi dier puyer sebu..hanya tuhan tahu..nak kentut kang berbau pulak satu flight.. T_T memang nasib baik lah perut behave sampailah reach aberdeen..

akhirnye sampai Aberdeen after almost 18 hours journey o_O

Kat aberdeen tak ade checking-checking dah sebab small airport jer pun..so semua item selamat...yup sepatutnye masuk UK tak boleh bawak dairy products even yang processed..at first cuak gak sebab kami bawak serunding tapi sebab ade connecting flight to Aberdeen maka terselamat lah barangan yang kami bawak..weee...!! so from Aberdeen airport, carik taxi..then straight to the hotel. para suami dah ade meeting schedule after lunch. pity them.

sampai hotel first thing first..prepare lunch untuk en.suami..mee maggie goreng and hot milo..

so bile suami sudah mula bekerja..isterinye ape lagi..tido laaa kan sementara menunggu para suami pulang..zzzZZZZzz...

wedding review 1: wedding guest book

akhirnye..
i'm writing my first review on my wedding..

nak share dengan korang pasal guestbook...
at first tak amik berat sangat pasal guestbook nih. en.pencuri hati kate it's not that important..wuuu~~ banyak idea yang di'discard' :(

mule2 just nak beli simple guestbook yang jual kat MPH since kalo nak tempah harga boleh tahan jugak lah..sebab kalo boleh i want every page of the guestbook being printed wif our name..gedix kan iols nih.. =D i have a few ideas in mind at that time...

1. love note
give out each guest a piece of paper for the to write a which for us upon their arrival then sebelum balik, drop the not dalam balang or tampal dalam guestbook..simple kan..

2. simple guestbook
letak dekat entrance..guest datang..sign...abis cite..

3. complicated guestbook + photo booth
and props for guest amik gambar. tambah menarik kalau ade camera polaroid so amik gambar guest, tampal dalam guestbook terus.

option3 was at the bottom since its a bit costly.. ~_~ wuuu 

(sekotak instax film rm25 for 10 film only..so rm2.50 per picture).
by the way if you girls interested in this idea..ade tempat murah jual instax film nih menuruk cousin ku yang juga akan menggunakan instax here the location, Level G, BB plaza. nama kedai Bintang Electronics

but alhamdulillah..at a very last minutes..i found this guestbook vendor payya (click for her fB page link)..and one of my bridesmaid own the instax camera dan offer untuk digunakan during my wedding..thanx you soo much cik AreKnee. so all i need to do is to buy the instax flim.tapi tu pun kirim kat cik Areknee jugak suruh belikan huhuhu...since we have all the things in place..dengan semangat waja nyer mem'prepare' the props. yup..mE buat prop yang sangat proper sehingga boleh tahan sampai lah mane2 cousin kalo ade nak gune pun boleh lagi gune insyaAllah..kalo ade yang request tambahan props pun boleh jer buat lagi ^_^.

vendor nih memang sangat2 kreatif..just provide some idea, like color combination..then.. 
tadda..she had came out with a gusetbook just like i want it to be...simple n elegance..

guestbook specification:
ring-o binding with hard cover
100pages (both side printing)
carter up to 400 guests.
(use almost 3/4 of it...but manage to make use almost all pages ^_^)

1st entry after being mrs.saiful..
err...where to start..??
wedding review..?? not yet lah kite tggu picture from Official Photog (OP) nanti eh..hehehe *basi lah wedding review ko eno oiii* =P

so, wat to write then..??

sebenarnyer sangat2 ingin dan mahu share pasal our 1st escapade as husband and wife..after all the hiatus of the wedding prep..and the event itself..off we go to Krabi, Thailand..this trip was really a getaway trip for both of us..peaceful and relaxing vacation i've ever had..

meh tengok peta..dulu eh..

gambar satellite tu lah hotel yang kite orang pergi..very the excluded from other area...the first thought bile dah nampak hotel dari kejauhan.."nauzubillah kalo tsunami nih orang tak jumpe dah mayat aku" T_T but i didn't dare to speak it out loud..just ignore the negative thought..and enjoy the vacation.. =)

so here the review begin...

kiri-kanan-belakang adalah hutan+batu yang super tinggi
dan depan adalah lautan yang terbentang luas.. o.O

the first word yang terpacul keluar dari mulut.."subahanAllah" permandangan yang sungguh cantek...(lupe terus negative tot few minutes ago)..tenkiu to en.suami for tis getaway...but pity en.suami for the floating jetty..it's a bit scary for him but it was fun for me huhuhu...imagine the jetty will follow the wave..kalo ombak tinggi..maka jeti akan beralun tinggi..tak kene gaya boleh jatuh ke dalam laut wooo..

so 1st thing 1st..check-in to the rooms..

cozy place even for a temporary reception (the real one under maintenance T_T)
we are served wif welcoming drink and cold towel
soothing smell from daun pandan

check-in procedure do take some times to settled coz at the moment they are using a temporary reception area, so they need to go through n fro to get all things printed and ready. biler dah ready semua..baru lah boleh pergi ke bilik nasib baik lah derang sediakan buggy ride..kalo x jenuh jugak nak memanjat bukit and tangga sebab we request for see-view rooms..owh btw really want to credit them for the cold towel..segar sikit muke. hehehe..

we kindda like the concept of the room which put the bed in the middle..but it not practical for bedroom tho. akan banyak ruang terbazir nanti.

wat else shud i say bout grand centara..?

suke cermin dekat bathroom tu..the light around it bagi effect mate yg cantek..

and we end the 1st day with a romantic dinner by the sea..

tapi nak bgtau jugak..kami pergi vacation dengan tidak membawak charger camera..wat a great thing kan (read sarcasticly) dengan battery yang tinggal 80% sumting have to make it last till day 4..it's really torturing..!!! kene berjimat amik gambar.. -_-'
