Umrah, the journey.. (part 1)

Alhamdulillah..

rasa bersyukur sangat..
Allah telah gerak kan hati kami dan telah menjemput kami menjadi tetamu-Nya..
sedar tak sedar dah sebulan lebih pun rupenyer dari tarikh kami berangkat.

perancangan nak mengerjakan umrah actually dah lama, since belum kawen. tapi kita hanya merancang Allah jugak yang maha menentukan. mase lepas kawen dengan en.pencuri, hati both of us terfikir the same thing.."sayang jom pergi umrah".
Last year, most of people whom i know ramai yang pergi umrah. lagi lah hati ni terpanggil-panggil untuk pergi jugak T_T. Bile tengok orang post gambar ka'bah dan cerite pengalaman mereka di sana sure sebak. tertanya diri sendiri.."bile lah giliran aku nak sampai sana..ya Allah jemput lah kami menjadi tetamu-Mu.."

tahun 2013 was quite hectic for us (en.suami jer yang bizi banyak..aku bizi body jer). dengan aku yang asyik kene pindah level kat opis till last September i was instructed to move to Cyberjaya. en.suami yang sooooooo the buzy bee as usual. imagine he had traveled to Russia more than 3 times in a year. exhibition here and there..ishhh buzy betul kan en.suami nih. so we decided to start looking to any pakej umrah yang available. research sana sini around december 2013..finally we choose Tabung Haji Travel Services (THTS).

Our planned sebenar nya nak pergi on January kalau boleh. Tapi all slot for january dah fully book. Paling awal was on 13th Feb and only 2 seat left available. I told en.suami mungkin ini memang rezeki kite. So we made all the booking payment rm1000/person. Our package was for 12days 10nights.

Waiting and preparation.

actually all our communication with THTS was through email. Around early january en.suami make a call to THTS asking them when should we submit our passport for visa. Nasib baik telipon..wuuu so by mid january hantar passport to THTS...so en.suami dah tak boleh out station oversea for the time...yippie yeay..!!

kursus umrah.

nak buat umrah pun kene gi kursus incase u guys tak tahu. Why..?

Well ade certain ibadah semasa mengerjakan umrah needed extra explaination from those guru agama. Such as berihram, larangan dalam ihram, tawaf, larangan dalam tawaf and many other things. Yup memang boleh baca buku..tapi dengan guidance dari guru agama semasa kursus 'pencerahan' itu lebih banyak. We both attended kursus kat Masjid Sultan Mizan Putrajaya sebab pn.Ana yang rekemen. Pn.Ana kaye ustaz dier best. Kursus was handled oleh pihak Tabung Haji, percuma dan terbuka pada sesiapa saje dan boleh amik injection semasa kursus ni jugak rm120/person kalau tak silap.

A month time sebelum berangkat. Masa untuk mencarik kelengkapan. As advice by kawan-kawan;

Ladies;

1) telekung (kain tak payah) - 4 helai termasuk 1tudung labuh.

2) jubah labuh - 2 helai

3) jubah seluar - 2 pasang

4) tudung/shawl - 4 *terpulang tak yah bawak pun tak pe

5) anak tudung - 5 *terpulang jugak, saye memang suke tukar2 anak tudung

6)stokin kaki - 4 pasang

7) stokin lengan - 3 pasang

8) kasut & sandal yang selesa

9) uncang kasut - kite org bawak laundry bag hotel warna kuning dari jauh dah nampak kalau letak kat tempat kasut.

Yang lain- lain korang budget sendiri lah, baju tido nyer, toiletries bagai..baju-baju keciknyer lagi. just jangan lupe bawak segala ubat-ubatan yang korang serasi, alat menjahit dan juga gunting, lotion dan heel balm jugak penting, facemask untuk habuk, sabun basuh baju (me prefer yang serbuk senang ; buat air sabun - rendam-rendam - bilas - sidai - settle)

Mens;

1) kain ihram - 2 pasang (kire 4 helai lah)

2) jubah labuh - 2 helai

3) baju melayu / baju raihan - 2 pasang

3) kasut/sandal yand selesa dan seliper yang nampakkan semua jari dan tumit (utk ihram)

4) tali pinggang ihram

5) kalau dah kawen bawak lah isteri masing-masing sebab isteri nih lah nanti yang akan tolong basuh dan make sure tak ade barang yang tertinggal ;)

Sama macam ladies, segala seluar2 kecik, t-shirt budget sendiri lah yer. Ubat-ubatan dan toiletries dah boleh share dengan isteri. Haaa nak promote sikit..untuk lelaki kalau boleh beli lah pelikat pants en.suami kate selesa nak pakai dengan baju raihan ke atau pakai kat dalam jubah panjang. Yer lah en.suami bawak 3 helai kot pelikat pants kalau tak silap.

Ok lah...entry nih dah panjang sangat..so lastly..here i share with u, how i normally do my packing list. Yup its to that details.

Hurmmm macam sebulan sempat gune satu jer..we really enjoy exploring food. Each time en.suami wanna opened an envelope, both of us akan sexcited where this envelope will we bring us...hence en.suami never dare to open 2 envelope in one day... =D

This time lets go to Sri Hartamas.

 Poached egg on toast - RM10.00

One of their best seller for breakfast..Hurmm speaking of poached egg, both of us still trying to cook the perfect poached egg..susah giler..pffttt...

French toast with nuttella -RM10.00

Their french toast do have taste of cinnamon..hurmm kinda weird for the first bite..but since its not so strong i still can accept it.

Sad machiato... =( RM 7.00

Why so sad...since en.suami a bit 'weng' tis morning so he ordered tis to boost up

Since we love poached egg...so saye bagi 3.5 start out of 5..

Shud hav tried their fatbaby ice cream..but it just too early for ice cream..

last but not lease..

will i come again to this cafe..??

hurmmm...since it quite far to reach...just stick to those cafe which more reachable.

#1 - Mukha cafe TTDI

Here the update on Mukha café...

As what i write on previous entry...the 1st envelope en.suami picked from the box lead us to this cafe..and here my review on it..

Quite eazy to reached here since we are using waze. Our latest favoruite navigation mobile application.

Ambience:
Hurmm..not to our liking tho. A bit dark and messy. Yup noted that the want to emphasis the rusty and old school concept, but shud u put empty boxes and other junk stuff around the cafe?? my two cent, they shud arrange it in better way. 

Food we ordered;

A pot of shahi tea

Minty tea...terasa seperti minum ubat gigi at the first sip..tapi lame-lame ok jer sebenarnye..

Chips n gravy

French fries with beef mushroom gravy...nnyyyuuummmmm....thumbs up...

Smoked salmon sandwich

Errr..tak sempat nak snap gambar dah kene ngap...lapo woooo...

Banana pancake (menu of the day)

Fulffy pancake serve wif cold ice cream and banana...

Suuuperbbb...a must to have...!!!!

Will i come here again.

Yes if im craving for the Chip n Gravy and also the Banana Pancake.

One of our friend reviewed, the place not really suitable to bring toddler as it quite cramp and with all the rustic things..not toddler friendly cafe.

Living with the in law life...

Diam tak diam..almost 2 tahun pun i'm living with my in law..

How i'm doing..??

Thanks to God for giving me lootsss of patient and tolarence..

Frankly speaking it's not easy..
Orang cakap kawen campur susah..
But for me same jer sebab kawen nih still pencampuran 2 budaya/cara hidup yang berbeza.
In my case, selame 28tahun hidup dengan cara pn.emak dan en.abah tetibe kene tukar. Kalau sebelum kawen duduk dengan my aunty which quite bebas as long as tahu jaga diri tetibe bile join in law family, keluar masuk rumah kene inform family member. It's good tho, but i'm not used to it...still trying to adapt.

Cara masak yang berbeza. Even tho dah stay in johor for quite some time...darah orang negori tetap mengalir dalam diri so susah sikit nak terime food yg tak pedas..luckily im not a picky eater. Tak kisah makan ape jer pun...tapi bile cakap tak nak makan..masak la lauk negori pun tak akan ku makan...haa tu masalah diri sendiri yang memang jenis malas makan =D apatah lagi since dah gained weight nih :(. But i do thanks for my MIL..she make my life as a housewife waayy easier. Balik kerja tinggal makan jer. And for sure she know en.suami selera better than me. No doubt on it. So I only cook upon request..hehehe budget chef lah sangat kan pn.aino. =P

Cara berborak.

Mungkin kawan2 yang kenal look at me as a bubbly person. Sebenarnye i'm quite a reserve person. I'm not used to hav lots of conversation with family since i'm quite an out spoken. Jadi bile masuk tempat orang have to behave and control myself lah kan hence the quietness. Ko giler nak out spoken tak tentu pasal ade yang kene halau keluar rumah kang...hahahaha.

sebenarnyer banyak jer lagi bende yang berbeza. tapi semua pun terpulang pada diri sendiri untuk terima dengan hati terbuka. bukan senang, tapi tak salah mencuba kan. bile lagi nak kenal in law family ;)

Tapi one thing yang most people terlupe atau sengaja terlupe untuk fikir.., 

bile living with in law bukan kite jer yang akan rase susah as menantu..kite jangan lupe pada pasangan kite jugak. Bukan senang nak divide attention equally to the wife, parents, siblings, other in law and also work. Thinking of this..
i do feel sorry to en.suami. tanggungjawab beliau lagi besar to juggle up attention to all people in the house plus the work. he's role is to be the negotiator..nak jaga hati emak sendiri dan hati isteri. tapi kite sebagai perempuan kene ingat, tanggungjawab anak lelaki dengan ibu bapa tidak akan pernah putus.

Dear en.suami..

so Sorry for sometime i do make the situation awkward or even worst :'( ..

so Sorry for demanding more attention from you..

and so sorry for loosing my tolerence from time to time. Really sorry...
